Turn off the Calypso “Default report”
Say goodbye to the annoying popup.
Are you tired of the Calypso default report popping up and covering up what you really want to see?
Here’s how you turn it off:
- Go to the Multiple Report window.
- Under Report Features, click New - Default Report.
- Under Output Media for CNC Run, click the Display icon to deactivate the display of the default report.

Pro tip: Put this setting in a Calypso program template, so that you don't have to change it for every new program.
Side notes
Calypso seems to already have a setting for this, but it doesn't always work.
- Under Resources - Define Report…
- Click on the tab named "Default Report/Warning Limit".
- Under Default Report, click the Background checkbox.
Even with this checkbox turned off, the default report pops up while adding points to a feature.
A user has suggested to Zeiss to disable the Default Report altogether, but that request has been denied.
