1. Wrong Clearance Plane assigned to the feature

2. An additional clearance move is needed in the strategy

3. Wrong stylus or stylus system assigned

4. Star probe stylus qualified in the wrong direction

5. Wrong nominal size or location of the feature

6. Large variation in part surfaces

7. Bad alignment

8. Clearance or Retract distance needs adjusting

9. Inverted vector

10. Features out of order (when using SCP or position points)

11. Fixturing in the way
